By using Nematecodes.com ("the site"), signing in, or entering a giveaway, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. You are responsible for making sure your use of the site and participation in giveaways is legal where you live.

You sign in with Discord and may optionally link platform IDs in settings. You are responsible for your account. One person, one account — duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be disqualified and banned.

• Giveaways are free community promotions run at our discretion
• Winners may be selected using a published random draw process and live wheel on stream
• Prizes are described on each giveaway and may be corrected if we made an error
• We may change, pause, cancel, or restart any giveaway at any time
• We may disqualify entries for fraud, abuse, alt accounts, or failure to meet stated requirements
• We are not obligated to pay a prize if a giveaway is cancelled, a winner is disqualified, cannot be contacted, or delivery fails for reasons outside our control
• We may substitute a prize of similar value or withhold a prize at our discretion
• Prizes have no cash value unless we explicitly say otherwise

Leaderboard rankings may come from third-party platforms such as CSGORoll or Rain.gg. We do not guarantee accuracy, timing, or payout of external leaderboard prizes. Those platforms have their own terms.

This site is not a casino or gambling operator. We host community content, affiliate links, and free giveaways. Any gambling on third-party sites is governed by their own rules. You are solely responsible for complying with local laws. If you need help with problem gambling, visit begambleaware.org.

Do not attempt to manipulate giveaways, impersonate others, exploit bugs, or interfere with the site. We may restrict or terminate access at any time for violations.

The site and giveaways are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in giveaways. This does not exclude rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws where you live.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
